These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the purchase of products and/or services from Aspect evolution, a company registered in Sweden, company number SE199505146994 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Delivery of Products

• Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

• Risk passes to the consumer upon physical possession of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

7.1 Withdrawal Period

• For goods: 14 days from the day you receive the goods

• For services: 14 days from contract conclusion, unless the service has been fully performed with your consent

7.2 Effects of Withdrawal

• We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.

• You must return goods without undue delay and bear the return costs unless stated otherwise.

7.3 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized goods

• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (e.g. hygiene items)

• Digital content supplied immediately with your consent

• Fully performed services with prior express consent

8. Conformity and Warranty

Products must comply with the contract and applicable EU consumer law. You are entitled to remedies for defective goods in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771.

9. User Obligations

You agree to:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
